Privacy policy

Overview

DeltaTracker is an independent, single-user, local-first decision-support application. It is not a Delta service, does not purchase upgrades or modify reservations, and does not provide a public hosted account.

Trip and offer data

The local application may store upcoming trip references, flight segments, target cabins, personal thresholds, validated offer observations, price history, scores, confidence, notification events, system health, and redacted operational records in a local SQLite database.

Delta browser session

A dedicated browser profile outside the repository may retain Delta session cookies after the owner signs in manually. Session cookies are credentials. DeltaTracker should not inspect password fields, record login keystrokes, bypass security challenges, or include browser state in ordinary backups or support bundles.

Private connections and notifications

The service binds to localhost by default. The owner may deliberately configure private HTTPS or a private network for phone access and may choose a notification provider such as ntfy or a generic webhook. Those services receive only the notification content and connection data needed for the configured feature.

Delta's service

Delta's website or application independently processes account, reservation, payment, and device information under Delta's terms and privacy practices. DeltaTracker opens Delta for manual purchase but does not control Delta's data handling or future page behavior.

Backups, diagnostics, and deletion

The owner controls the local database, browser profile, backups, exports, logs, and diagnostic artifacts. Removing the working database does not automatically remove separate backups, notifications, browser data, or files saved elsewhere.
